You shouldn't have to manage the event you're trying to experience.
You can plan every detail and still find yourself answering questions, watching the clock, checking on vendors, and wondering what needs to happen next.
That's where I come in.
Envisioned Event Planning provides thoughtful planning and calm coordination for weddings, nonprofit and business events, and meaningful gatherings throughout Maine. I step into the logistics, communication, and moving pieces so you can step out of managing them.
Because the goal isn't simply a well-run event.
It's being able to experience the one you worked so hard to create.
Ways I Can Support You
Maybe you need someone to step in before event day and bring all the moving pieces together. Maybe you need support building those pieces in the first place.
Either way, the goal is the same: giving you the support you need to stop carrying the event alone.
Not sure which level of support fits your event?
We'll figure that out together.
Service Highlights

Presence | Wedding Event Management
You planned the wedding. You shouldn't have to run it.
You've spent months making decisions, choosing vendors, and thinking through every detail. But as your wedding gets closer, one question starts to feel a little heavier:
Who is making sure all of this actually happens?
Presence is designed for couples who have done the planning and are ready to hand over the responsibility of bringing it all together.
Beginning 12 weeks before your wedding, I step into the details, connect with your vendor team, build the event-day plan, and become the person everyone looks to instead of you.
Your support includes:
-
Final vendor review and communication
-
Detailed wedding-day timeline
-
Logistics and event flow review
-
Vendor arrival and setup coordination
-
Rehearsal coordination
-
Wedding-day management and coordination
-
Up to 10 hours of wedding-day coverage
-
Post-event wrap-up
So when your wedding day arrives...
You're not answering questions, checking the timeline, or wondering what's happening next.
You're getting married.
You're hugging your people.
You're taking it all in.
You're actually there for it.

The Peace | Planning + Event Production Support
You have the vision.
You don’t have to carry the planning alone.
Maybe you know what you want your event to feel like, but getting from the ideas in your head to an actual plan is starting to feel like a lot.
There are vendors to find, contracts to understand, timelines to build, layouts to consider, and decisions that seem to create three more decisions every time you make one.
You want to be involved. You just don’t want to be responsible for figuring out everything yourself.
The Peace is designed for exactly that.
I work alongside you before your event to provide guidance, help you make thoughtful decisions, and bring the pieces together into a plan that can actually be carried out.
Your support includes:
-
Planning roadmap and expert guidance
-
Vendor recommendations and contract review
-
Custom timeline and floor plan guidance
-
Design and setup guidance
-
Event-day management, up to 10 hours
-
Post-event wrap-up
So instead of carrying every decision by yourself...
You have someone to ask.
Someone looking ahead.
Someone making sure the pieces you're choosing will actually work together.
And when event day arrives, you don't have to switch from planning it to running it.
You get to experience it.
Starting Investment
$6,500

Purpose | Nonprofit + Business Event Support
Your event matters.
It shouldn't depend on one person carrying everything.
Maybe you're planning a fundraiser, banquet, community gathering, staff event, or annual celebration.
You have a mission to focus on, people to serve, and probably a regular job that didn't disappear just because there's now an event to plan.
And somehow, the questions still keep finding you.
Who is following up with the venue?
Who has the final guest count?
Who is updating the timeline?
Who is making sure everyone knows what they're responsible for?
That's where I come in.
Purpose provides the planning and logistical support that helps your team bring the event together without placing the entire workload on one person.
Your support may include:
-
Planning guidance and meeting facilitation
-
Timeline and logistics development
-
Vendor and venue communication
-
Guest flow and event layout
-
Committee or team coordination
-
Event-day management
-
Setup and logistical oversight
-
Post-event wrap-up
So your team can get back to why you're gathering in the first place.
You're not chasing answers.
You're not trying to be in three places at once.
You're connecting with your guests, supporting your mission, and experiencing the event alongside the people you brought together.
The event still gets carried.
It just doesn't have to be carried by you.

What Happens Next
Getting support shouldn't feel complicated.
Whether you're planning a wedding, nonprofit gathering, or business event, we'll start by making sure we're the right fit and identifying the level of support your event actually needs.
01 | Inquire
Tell me a little about your event, what you've already planned, and where you're looking for support.
02 | Let's Talk
We'll meet for a discovery call to talk through your event, your priorities, and what's feeling heaviest. I'll answer your questions and recommend the support that makes the most sense.
03 | Make It Official
If we're a good fit, I'll send over your proposal and agreement. Once everything is signed and your retainer is submitted, your date is officially reserved.
04 | We Get to Work
From there, the process depends on your service. We'll establish next steps, important dates, and what I'll be taking off your plate so you always know what comes next.
From our first conversation through your event day, you'll know what's happening, what's next, and who is carrying it.

You don't have to carry the whole event from here.
