How far in advance should I reach out?
As soon as you know you'd like support. Availability is limited, particularly during Maine's busiest event months, so earlier is always helpful. That said, if your event is coming up quickly, you're still welcome to inquire.
Do you only coordinate weddings?
No. Envisioned supports weddings, nonprofit gatherings, business events, and other meaningful celebrations throughout Maine.
Do you offer day-of coordination?
My wedding event management service begins before the wedding day. This gives me time to understand your plans, connect with your vendors, build the event-day timeline, and identify anything that still needs attention before I step in to manage the day itself.
What if I've already planned most of my wedding?
Perfect. That's exactly where Wedding Event Management comes in. You've made the decisions and built the wedding. I step in during the final months to bring the pieces together and take responsibility for managing them on wedding day.
What's the difference between Event Management and Planning + Event Production Support?
Event Management is for clients who have already done most of the planning and need someone to take it from there. Planning + Event Production Support begins earlier and includes more guidance with vendors, logistics, timelines, layouts, and the decisions that bring the event together.
Do you travel?
Yes. Envisioned Event Planning is based in Windham, Maine and supports events throughout Maine. Travel outside the included service area may require an additional travel fee.
